• Please let your stylist know if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.

• We’ll always perform patch tests where required and ensure all products used are suited to your hair and skin.

• If at any point during your service you feel uncomfortable — with temperature, water pressure, or product sensation — please speak up so we can adjust right away.

• Capes and towels are freshly cleaned for each guest, and tools are sanitized between every appointment.

Salon Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Our team sanitizes all workstations, basins, and tools between each client.

• We wash hands regularly and use clean towels, brushes, and equipment every time.

• Please help us maintain a clean space by avoiding food in the service area and keeping personal belongings close to your chair.

• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the salon for your use.

Children & Visitors

• We adore our little visitors, but for everyone’s safety, please keep children seated and supervised at all times.

• Sharp tools, hot equipment, and chemicals are in use — we want to make sure no one gets hurt.

Health & Wellbeing

• If you’re feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. We’ll always do our best to find you another time.
